OARDC’s new Center for Diagnostic Assays, staffed by a powerhouse team of experts on high-tech disease detection, found itself missing a final, vital ingredient.
“We didn’t have the time and expertise to market our technology,” says Center Director Daral Jackwood. “But it’s one of our goals. So we sought ATECH to help.”
ATECH, for its part, is now helping the Center meet its greatest challenge — “understanding which diagnostic technologies have market value,” says Jackwood, “then getting them in front of the right industry partners” — while freeing its scientists to do what they do best.
